? About Statement of Intention ch 7

Filed Pro Se recently, just turned in remaining schedules today, however I still need to turn in Form B8 ( Statement of Intention). It appears to me that it only pertains to secured debt, which I have none. I don't own a home, or a car. Just my junk! ( NO, not that junk )

Not quite sure which box to tick on top.

I have filed a schedule of assets and liabilities...
I have filed a schedule of executory contracts...
I intend to do the following with respect to the property...

I don't have any executory contracts/leases.

I am assuming I tick the box next to the first statement above and then write "none"

Couldn't find a definitive answer in the NOLO book, thought the mighty minds on this forum might have a quick answer.

BTW, I am in California.

Welcome is all I can say now. You seem to have it real together, and yes the NOLO book is great. I was not pro se and was asset and I don’t remember any of those forms now. We were so in the dark. Now I know a bit more but I would state that your intention is not to get into this shape again. It may not be what they want if you were asset or had secured debt, but it would impress the Trustee. It may be a little petting but what the heck that won’t hurt. Anyway, welcome. ‘Hub and Mrs.
