hubby just signed up for pacer

341 is tomorrow, I was to chicken to sign up..lol where does he need to look for important info on the site? That will tell us what we need to know? like if creditors are appearing, or if the US trustee is involved etc etc..

When you log into PACER, check the last date of filing, and if there's something new that is filed, take a look at what it is. For the most part, it will be cut and dry stuff pertaining to your BK if you didn't have any potential issues when you filed (ex., recent CC useage or big purchases. PACER charges per page you view and it won't take long to rack up a big balance, so don't look at everything.

Chapter 7 filed - 10/12/2005 - Asset
Discharged - 02/16/2006
Case Closed - 11/08/2007
