At the 341 we were asked if any of us had filed bankruptcy before, i had not but hubby had 11 years ago when he was with his ex wife, he was out to sea on a sub and came back and she had left and not paid anything in 8 months so he had to file, with hubby having filed before will this cause them to want more paperwork and delve into our case or hinder the discharge?

My mind is on overdrive right now......

I don't think they should there were lots of people today in their meetings that said they had flied bk before and he just wanted to know if it was discharged or something because I think its just procedure that they have to ask about it. After they would answer he usually said Thank You Bye and nothing more.He probably would have requested something if he wanted it at the meeting.
