341 coming off.... laid off today. What's going to happen now? Obviously my savings are minimal.

I was "Employed" before my Ch 7 (I was WAY too deep to recover) and I lost my job, the lawyer said "No worries, you're too far gone anyway" but it CAN change matters in the Chapter you are filing for.

Are you elegible for unemployment? You may be able to keep the house and car, work your butt off to find a job. Sorry to hear about the job loss.
