Hi everyone,
I recently had an almost $300.00 charge on my NY & CO credit card placed by NY & CO themselves. Apparently 3 months ago, they credited my account for $297.50 instead of someone else's. I had done several returns/exchanges and didn't even notice the credit from them. So, 2 days ago they charged my card for the amount they incorrectly credited me for several months ago. Not only is this a new charge, but it has thrown me over my card limit by $250.00. Since this was not a purchase I made, do I still need to wait the 90 days to prevent any "fraud" claims during my 341? I would really like to get this out of the way and just file but am afraid that this will throw a wrench in everything and I will be responsible for the entire 1k bill I have with them. Any and all advice is much appreciated. TY.
