341 was today....

I was the seventh party on the docket...and just followed a very exhausting case for the trustee...Mine was done and over in just under 6 minutes , just showed my drivers lic, ss card answered a few questions..and it was all painless!!

You guys, I cant thank you enough for being here throughout this process...It's been grueling, but I am relaxing tonight....still will reaffirm my mortage and vehicles, but this will be very manageable..

a question the house and cars... is your attorney charging you extra to do a reafirmation for you or are you doing it yourself?

both myself....cars were both thru a credit union, house thru Well Fartgo...the cu was more than happy to work with me....

and wouldnt you know it...on my way home, just outside my house as I was getting the mail...my car slowwwly slid into the ditch. due to the icy, hilly road by my house....I didnt even cuss, my dad will be over in the am to help me get it out....both the driver and the car appear to be happy

Really understand how all this works, the reaffirmation I got from Capital one had to be signed by the attorney or a judge? didn't yours? also are you able to negotiate with them if there is an order of stay?
Maybe I will call Capital one an ask them if I can sign something that does not need to go through the attorney?
I am so confused...

the trustee was almost comical..he questioned the guy before me and asked why his wedding ring (lots of stones on it) wasnt listed in the BK...the idiot guy said it was only 3000 bucks and that it wasnt worth his time listing...the trustee wasnt amused....This guy even started his own car leasing company...for all six of his family's vehicles...this guy was work of art....the whole room of about 20 people kinda smirked as the guy and his entourage left the hearing...He had 5 creditors there....

I dont know B, I am current on all and I may be the confused one....the cu indicated they will reaffirm, but i havent signed the papers yet....my atty said if I stay current on all these, considering that current state of the economy, they would prolly leave me alone... ....I will have to wait and see and keep current...
