I was told to have less than $50 in my bank account when I file so I can get a fee waiver. I have just received my paycheck and I need to deposit it into my account. Am I able to do that and then just withdraw the money before I file?

I was told something similar... that when you file you should have a minimal amount of money in checking or the trustee will take it? Is this true? If it is, how long after filing do you need to keep depleting your funds after a direct deposit so they don't take money out of your checking acct? Thanks.Filed Ch7 BK - 12/10/08
