I forgot to

Add a 529 plan in my petition.

It is old and I plain forgot about it in all the planning

341 scheduled for 1/12/09

Attorney out of town until 1/7/09

What do I do?

Very fortunate in the grand scheme of things but have learned my lesson.

Basically I'd leave a message for the lawyer. Explain that you remembered this. At the same time get a copy of the latest statement for the 529 plan. Hopefully he still has some wiggle room for exempting it.

May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer
July 2nd, 2007: 341 Meeting Held
September 4th, 2007: Discharged and Closed.
