    does a motorcycle count as a vehicle on means test?

    can i count my motorcycle as a second vehicle on the means test, even though its considered a luxury item...

    The rule is, 1 vehicle per licensed driver

    Thus, if you have 2 drivers, and one drives the motorcycle, then you are ok, if it is not the daily driver, then no (in most states anyway).

      wow, thats going to hurt on the means test.. i ride the motorcycle more than the toyota, but its still being called a luxury..

        You can claim either one. Depending on value/equity. You can keep both if you have enough exemption. You are filing a 7?
