    Should I call them?

OK, got a major suprise..I had previously agreed to a $200 direct deduction to a CC (They dropped all interest, fees and charges) and it hit bank and was rejected..But, they hit me again and I had money in the account.

So, to stop them from nailing me again, should I call them? Or, just make sure there's no money in the account? The drawback is a $33 hit each time....Which means $66 until papers are filed...More I think and type the more I think I should call...Should I tell them why I am ending the agreement?.

I can (I guess) go to a new account, but not too sure about this.

I think you should contact them to cancel the arrangements and talk to your bank about a stop payment. If that $200 makes your payments to them $600 or more in the few months since filing, the trustee may take it back. (Somehow, I like the idea of that-don't you?)

Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.
