These are open to the public

I've noticed alot of people stressing out for their 341 meetings...

Hears an idea, if you can, take a day from work and attend one of those meetings. They ARE open to the public, after all, they are of "Public Record" so why not see what it's like?

This way, you can see how it happens, maybe learn a couple of things and best of all, see that the trustee is NOT some all devouring demon..Just a human being...with lots of power over your BK...(Ummmm..forget that part hey?)

Also, it may just reduce your stress level to see you're not alone in this..You'll have loads of company...

Aye! And search for 341 meeting on this forum. A lot of people come back after the 341 and report a blow by blow. Tons of information here!

I, personally, would not recommend wasting the day to go. They are most generally, a non-event. Just be truthful, and be prepared, but do not obsess.

Is there only one trustee? In other words if we go to the courts are they going to have the same trustee we would have. Also seeing everybodies situation is different, it really doesn't help much. Just because the people before you had to problems, you could very well have things questioned.
