First post-petition payment
Has anyone had their first post-petition mortgage payment returned to them? I am paying my first post-petition mortgage payment through an escrow company on 9/19/05 as scheduled since I filed on 9/07/05.
Won't they be violating the automatic stay if they refuse the payment?
