I have a question I hope can be answered easily. 4 months prior to filing I closed all my accounts and opened a new account with a local credit union.
I so want to leave them now, they charge for everything including bill pay.
since BK filing they now hold my deposit checks for 10 business days which is really causing a problem with access to any funds. Is it OK for me to open up another account at a different bank after my 341 meeting (last week)and before I am discharged? or is that taking a risk of some sort? all opionions welcomed. thanks
