My friend had a 341(a) last dec 23
today we got a note again saying continuance of 341(a) of the debtor
what is this suppose to mean? is there anyone out here can help me explain what could be the problem
according to my friend at the 341a everything went smooth
trustee didnt ask too many question and was very nice also
and didnt mention about objection and her lawyer said also that it was her first n last to go to the court now shes nervous coz shes appointed to come back again for another 341(a) feb 2

I believe you need a debit card/visa. It's 8 cents per page view. Use bankruptcy court case number, then click on the case number, then the name, then case summary. You get billed quarterly. I've been with it a couple of months and haven't had a bill yet. I owe around $3.00. Just don't go click crazy and you'll be fine.

PACER should provide some clues. A continuance is not the end of the world, but something's up or the trustee needs something they don't have.

guess what guys!
i called the office,and they said that it was the trustee who sent the paper to a wrong person. meaning the paper wasnt suppose to be for her its for the other debtor.
