i know i need to bring a money order/cash for 299.00, myself, my paperwork and my ss card. anything else i am forgetting. i am filing on the 2nd! finally!

That sounds right. I didn't even need my ID, just a money order.

If you want an endorsed copy, bring a copy with you, because they charge per page which can really add up if you have a lot of creditors.
