Does anyone in this area know of a good BK Lawyer?

Hi Jaax, welcome to the forum.

Please don't ask for specific recommendations by name. If someone wants to send a private message, that is okay. But the forum frowns on the use of proper names.

Now having said that, you can call the State Bar Association and ask for recommendations. Or you can do what one poster did. That poster called the Clerk of the BK Court in her district and asked for recommendations. The personnel in the Clerk's office deal with the BK attorneys every day, and they know which ones THEY like dealing with--on time, info correct, few changes needed, etc. as opposed to the ones they DON'T like dealing with--shoddy paperwork filled with mistakes, late, etc. You are apt to get a list of the Clerk's favorites.
