I'm thinking about going back to school, and I was thinking about taking out student loans to pay for it. Currently, I'm in a chapter 13 and I have two student loans that are in forebearance (sp). I know that I have to get trustee approval for any loans over $1000, but would I be eligible to receive student loans during my plan?
