Question about means test

Hello. I posted here before about living with my mom and bro I pay the $1030 rent and they pay all teh utilities I was told there income would have to be on my means test for household income which is fine. With them the income is still only around 4500 and for NJ its allowed around 6500 I believe. My question is I co-signed for my brothers car but my name is on the lease with him(its first in fact) since my credit was better. Will he be allowed to keep this car if he just keeps making the payments every month? He is current and has paid the last 12 months at least a week early. Has 24 more months on his lease. Also are we allowed to put both insurances on our means test e.g. he pays 312 a month and i pay 72. We also have the triple play (cable phone and internet) are we allowed to put that as well my brother and my cell(mom) dont have one. What about animal food? Or does someone have a list of everything we can deduct on my means test. Right now our disposable monthly income is 1,004 a month, without cells, triple play, Car Ins for both of us and animal food? I dont know how but it is which smacks me in the face when I see it
