The expense for Ch. 13 admin.

Hello All,

Does anyone know if the administrative expense for a chapter 13 on the bottom of the means test for a ch. 7 is deducted in determining passing or failing the test.

When I put the information in on the test it automatically calculates this figure but I am not sure if it should be there or not.
