Chapter 7 Discharge...

How long does it take to show up on PACER that your Chapter 7 case has be discharged? Our 341 was on 10/29 and should have been 12/29. Nothing on PACER yet. I guess we are just a little nervous and hope nothing is wrong.

Maybe they are behind because of the holidays. We are in southern WI (Twin Lakes). We filed on 10/27 and had our 341 on 12/18 and a few days later UST filed a statement of presumed abuse, so now I am really sweating it. Having heard boo from our attorney, whose assistant said if something was not right we would hear from him. I am sure you will hear something soon. Where abouts in the state are you?

Yeah i know what you mean...I had my 341 meeting the same date as you and last day for objection was 12/29. i guess because of the holidays everybody is backed up, and the fact that i live in orange county in california dont help out either.

I would be sure that if they filed presumed abuse you will absolutely be hearing something from the UST.
