    341 in about an hour

    My 341 is in about an hour. I have to meet my attorney about 30 minutes before to go over whatever we have to go over. I'm hoping that the trustee or the judge will accept my plan to pay $300/month. I can't afford anything else. Being selfemployed, I'm also hoping that I can just send in the money each month. I haven't heard of any one being selfemployed and have an automatic deduction from their checking account.

    I worried alot yesterday but today I'm looking at it as "it's out of my control at this point". I just hope the trustee doesn't have a lot of questions for me.

      Done. Trustee recommended confirmation. Looks like I might end up with about 50 month plan. Plan payments go towards my truck and the attorney fees and nothing to the unsecured. Payments are about $300/month which is what I was hoping for. The credit union filed something to the effect of wanting the full amount of the loan which is about $9700. My attorney tried to get the truck valued at $8500 so we'll see what comes of that but still, that's no biggie.

      I can now try to get on with my life and my business and hope that 2009 is a better year than 2008.

              I hope mine can do the same but if not I'm still ok with it. Now, if the economy would just pick up so that my business would pick up.

                JUst remember you are in a CH13... If your business picks up so will the % of payback in most cases.

                  The trustee said,"If you have any significant increase in income, you need to let me know". He didn't give any percentages. And because some of my business is cash, I'd be happy to have an increase as it would increase my "cash" income.

                    May 2008 Hired 1st Attorney/Stopped paying CCs
                    May 21, 2009 Retained 2nd Attorney
                    May 28th - Filed for Ch 7 (FINALLY!)
                    9/11/09 - DISCHARGED!!!!
