Creditor Still Sending Bills After Discharge!

I have a creditor that is still sending me bills after my discharge! They were included in my Chapter 7, they were notified, they didn't show up to the 341 meeting, and the judge discharged all my debt, and they were notified of the judgement.

Southwest Student Services Corporation buys old student loans, and they bought one of mine. Thing is, you can have an old student load discharged after it's 7 years old, and mine was; so the judge discharged it. I don't even think this counted as a student loan anymore since it was privatized.

I had another small student loan (more than 7 years too), and the US Department of Education stopped sending letters after my discharge; and those guys really have no sense of humor, however, they obeyed the judgement.

But southwest is still sending bills, and when I called them (thinking maybe it was a clerical error on their part), they told me "it can't be discharged, it's blah blah blah federal this and that" whatever; the judge made her judgement, and that settles the matter.

So, they won't listen to me. How do I get them to stop now? Do I actually have to go out of my way to file suit against them? Or can I call somebody in the court system, like the trustee? Or send a letter to a judge? I just got my bankruptcy (which means I'm poor like most of you are), and I certainly can't afford to pay for a lawyer up front (even if I get attorney's fees back later). What should I do?

Help! Thanks in advance for any input!

Sue them for $1000.00 for each violation. They are breaking the law and you are entitled to settlment.
BUSY running my own credit repair services! Sorry I don't stop in so often any more!

Just mail each of the creditors a copy of your schedule and discharge paperwork, via certified mail. And attach a letter articulating thier violiations.

        Good Luck!
