I have kind of a strange question. A few of you may know my history, my BK case was dismissed ( forgot a form) then reinstated the next day by motion. However, my CR shows my BK as "Dismissed Ch 7" in the PR section on a all three bureaus.
I realize this may be a moot point at some point if it ever updates correctly, hwever...
My question is, is it better for your CR/Score to have a dismissed Ch 7 or to have it report correctly to just say Ch 7 ( not dismissed) or does it even matter?
Just wondering if I should dispute it to report correctly at some point in the future in the hopes that just maybe the dispute will knock it off completely or leave it alone and see what happens. OR is a BK filing ding the same no matter what, dismissed or not dismissed?
Thanks,
DD
