    Question on schedule F...

I'm filing chapter 7 by myself. I am slowly chipping away at some ofthe paperwork. I am schedule F which is creditors holding unsecured nonpriority claims. I am listing all my creditors and there is a box that says:

Date claim was incurred and consideration for claim. If claim is subject to setoff, so state.

What date am I putting in? The date I charged purchases to my card? Or the date they sent out a collection notice? If it is the date I charged purchases, then it is a span of a few years... do I put that?

And then is the amount of claim the amount I owe as of today?

thanks a million everyone! I'd be lost without all of you!

You can put the date you incurred charges, up to the last date of charges and the amount known to date.

For CC charges you incurred 2005-2008, you can put 2005-2008 and the amount from your last statement.

IF you have a CA for the same CC, you can list the CA, and then put "duplicate, HSBC ( or whatever CC you have) or you can write "listed out of caution", in the amount next to the CA, don't include an amount, you want to have a total of all debt, when there is duplicate, dont
    include the duplicate amount.
