Keeping Income Tax Refund before closing

Filed my taxes after speaking to my Lawyer. He said that the Trustee had already declared my case "No asset", which means he would not be coming after me. My last day for objections is Feb. 2, 2009, which follows by the discharge, and close. In my exemptions, i had estimated I would be recieving a refund of $1200, but am actually getting $3900. My lawyer says everything should be fine.... I guess I am just looking for anyone that was able to keep theyre income tax before closing? Is there anyone out there like this, please share.....
