I hope someone may be able to help. I filed a 13 on 1-14, not using an attorney. I am supposed to have the paperwork (and what a stack it is) back to the office today 1-30.
I am trying to stall this as long as possible because I have several properties I am trying to sell that are behind on the payments. The foreclosure had started on several of them and I filed the 13 to stall the process. I am probably going to convert the 13 to a 7 before it gets to the point of actually submitting a payment plan. At this point I'm just trying to get these properties sold and not lose them to foreclosure. So, of course I don't want to list these to be included in the 13 b/r.
So, in the mean time I need to write up a letter, requesting more time, and take it to the Bankruptcy office today and I wanted to know if any of you might know how I might word it so as not to stick my foot in my mouth.
