Someone on a board said Pacer can lag a few days, so if you see day 61 on pacer and no objections, how do you know if you are through the woods if it can have a lag?

Well, PACER is not the end-all. It is a convenience and it will get worse as the work load increases. The actual proof is when you get your document in the mail.
