Ch7 to a Ch13 questions

I am very qualified for a chapter 7 due to my debt to income situation.

I am worried about losing the car in a chapter 7 since my loan is with a credit union and I have other debts with them. If I do a chapter 13 would I be able to keep it?

From what I have read you should be able to reaffirm your car and the CU cannot get it. Talk to your attorney if you have one
