Questions about Sheriffs Deed

We received a notice in December that our home would be sold at the Sherriffs sale on January 7th.

I have heard nothing so I looked on the register of deeds website and looked up the house. It stated that the house now has a "sherriff's deed".

Anyone know what this means? Does this mean that it is finally out of my name and that I can stop the insurance, take electricity out of my name etc...
