Hospital Copays.

My wife and I both work for a hospital and we recently had a few ER visits and a new baby. Each ER visit is 125$ copay and the baby is 175$ copay, they take the money out of my wifes check( Small amount every 2 weeks, Employee perk) , Thats not considered a preferential payment right? We owe the hospital nothing but the copay. Thanks

P.S as i read this i know it sounds stupid but im getting ready to file and am just trying to go over everything. Thanks again.

Your Fine It would have to be $600 or more in the last 90 days
