    What does this mean?

Let me ask the question again. What does the court mean by the claims are allowed?

EXHIBIT “D” CLAIMS ARE ALLOWED, BUT SHALL NOT RECEIVE ANY PAYMENT FROM THE CHAPTER 13 TRUSTEE UNDER THE CONFIRMED PLAN

were the claims filed after your bar date? If so, the trustee is saying they can file the claim, but won't get any money. So at the end of your plan, they would be discharged.

This makes me wonder, are you in a 0% payback to unsecureds? Maybe that explains it...

No claims were filed after the confirmation date. Only a transfer of claim from BOA to Ecast. They are still 0%.

What worries me is that the claims are allowed. They will receive no payments from the trustee. Does that leave them free to come after me after discharge?

I'm certainly not an expert, but they still get to file a claim even if you're at 0% pay-back... so, the claim would be allowed, but they're not getting any money because no unsecured's are... that's what it looks like to me. They would still file a claim, because if your income went up and your payback percentage changed then they might get some money. That's how I read it, hopefully someone more knowledgeable will chime in here.

Nah, Trix, I think you did a pretty good job of explaining it. They are hoping the OP gets a raise, or the terms of bk13 change somehow before it is over.

PS- every time I see your name, I think of the Trixie Belden mystery series. I liked Trixie better than Nancy Drew.
