I was divorced several years ago. I'm filing an individual BK petition. In my divorce order, the judge split a community debt between my wife and me. Can I include my portion the community debt in my indivdual petition? If yes, what would I include my my petition or schedules?

The creditor for this debt told me that I'm individually and jointly liable for this debt with my ex-wife.
