WHERE DO I GET A COPY OF MY LOST BK7 DISCHARGE PAPERS?? Detroit,MI?

I was told several diffrent places, county clerk or city clerk, to get a copy of my chp 7 discharge papers (Detroit , MI area), so I decided to look around and found this site. So if anyone knows please tell me where do I need to go to get a copy of discharge papers? How much, and is there a long wait?

You can get a copy of your papers including discharge from

Pacer, online.
You have to register and there will be a fee of 8 cents a page.
But that is probably cheaper than going all over town to get it.

They are pdf files that you can download to your computer and print out. Here's the site:
