Live in AZ, upside on both my first and second mortgages, am currently behind on the 1st, 2 months and the 2nd am behind by 3 months.
Am hoping to god to be able to use my 1st and 2nd mtg when calulating the means test! Im I ok to just dump the house now, move into a rental and file for bk at the end of the month? Just want to get out of the money pit asap!!
Looked at a rental today for $795 a month from a rental agency and NO credit check! Just told her my situation and told me that there would be no problems!!
IF I move into this condo and file at the end of the month what is the likely hood I can use the previous home to calculate into my means test??
