I still await my decision to file a BK 13. It looks like no sooner than 18 months if at all.

With some of my accounts 2 - 3 layers deep in CA's and a few JDB's I have to wonder how many would actually file a claim along with documentation should I file a BK 13 18-24 months from now. Has anyone had any expereince with debt that has been sold/transferred again and again?

I'm sure someone has...but you seem to be on the cutting edge of this as far as allowing the time lag from charges to filing! LOL Most of us just did not have your fortitude to outlast the calls...but you know what you are doing.
