How hard will it be to get an apartment after BK?

My daughter wanted me to ask as she is preparing for a chapter 7 and had planned to move out on her own next year. What will the landlord "typically" be looking for?

Does she not have any rental history? That will count for a lot, if she does (assuming it's positive rental history). If she does not, and she's been living with you, you should serve as a "landlord" on her applications. If she paid you any $, whether she paid timely, etc.
