Is there a problem if my dad pays for my attorney? The check would be written out directly to the attorney from him. Is this ok to do? I'm just broke right now and owe taxes this year as well. I'm getting nervous that a creditor is going to sue me soon and garnish my wages which I finally just started a job. The last payment I made to my debts were OCTOBER!
