Yea I was discharged today but after pulling our credit reports ( yes I am aware that it's not going to show up today) Our BK isn't even showing up on our credit reports as re-instated ( due to our fantastic attorney, missing paper work our original filing was dismissed, then re-instated). Next I find that at least 4 creditors that I KNOW I included aren't even showing up on our creditor matrix! I know that I can still file them (per my attorney $35 filing fee and 75 attorney fee) 1. Sholuldn't he pay for it if he jacked it up and two...if I do add them in do we have to wait another 60 days to get those discharged?? Now I'm back to really stressed out....I feel that I wasted a ton of money to get out of debt to stay in the same boat I was in?? Help??
