I recently received an offer from a collection agency in writing , for an old
debt (2 yrs), for about 35 or 40 % of the original debt. It would be about $1450, but I'm making very little money and have no way to pay anything.
Should I answer this and if so how? Also I'm not judgement proof. I'm self-
employed and if it wasn't for my wife I'd probably be homeless.
