According to the paperwork received back in November, Last day for objections was February 23. Checked the history section in Pacer and it says on February 20, "Trustee Report of No Distribution". Isn't this supposed to have come earlier? Does this mean that the last day for objections has been extended? Please let me know where I can check this on Pacer to verify what the last day for objections real is? Would be great if someone can let me know what this means. Would greatly appreciate it.

Really appreciate the previous response. Just had another question. When we filed for BK, we had put to reaffirm the vehicle back in Nov. Have not heard back from the bank with the vehicle loan. My question is that could this delay the discharge because the trustee is waiting for the reaffirmation paperwork? Just want to also hear from people that had vehicle checked in paperwork to reaffirm prior to filing and not hear back and still get discharged.

It happens all the time. The trustee does not wait for reaffirmations, it is up to the creditor to push for them prior to discharge.
We usually advise our clients not to sign a reaff and do a ride through. Just keep making those payments on time and you should be fine. If they are not willing to send a reaff, then it sounds as if they are fine with a ride through.
