Not sure how to make a linck but the above is an article about Senator Liebermann asking why pacer costs 8 cents a page that it should be free.

I think the easily accessed SSN more of a problem than the cost.

I never got a PACER bill myself, if you never spend 10 dollars or more they don't bill you.

In this age of government deficits I'm not sure how removing this revenue stream would help.
