My son is 16, has had a car given to him by one of my uncles. We are ready to file. We had one vehicle repoed and we have two others (my husband's and mine) that are exempted. How is the best way to handle getting his vehicle registered and keeping it?
He needs it for work and school, can it be exempted for that? It's worth about 800.00. We are in Louisiana, by the way.
