On the phone with TT and attorney now

Geez, doesn't the TT look at anything we send??????

They keep on asking for clarifications on items that I put in writing. OK, I am just frustrated cause I CANNOT make it any easier for them to understand.

341 hearing on Thursday and they are just now getting around to looking at things? I have nothing to hide it's just a terrific time waster.

I gotta give it to them though, they ARE trying though.
Very fortunate in the grand scheme of things but have learned my lesson.

    Filed 12/15/08, 341 1/12/09, Cont to 2/12/09, cont to 3/12/09, cont to 4/15/09, cont to 5/11/09, cont to 6/02/09. Discharged 9/16/09, Closed 10/23/09

Wow, I hope everything goes ok. I think they get overwhelmed with all the data! (Believe me, I am not defending the UST)

I think it is a good sign if they contact you for a little more info - rather than just rushing you through and dismissing or converting to a 13!
    Filed CH 7 9/30/2008
    Discharged Jan 5, 2009! Closed Jan 18, 2009

I am not an attorney. None of my advice is legal advice in any way..

      Have to amend my petition.

We did not list schedule c and since I am 1099'd it will definitely help. TT was trying to throw me into a 13 but we are taking a diffrent tact.

Fun starts all over. Who knows now how long.

My attorney said to me this morning......." OK, if you have all your documentation let's go and kick some ass. " They may fight us on stuff but we will fight right back "

This will be the " rumble in the concrete jungle".

The UST did the same thing with us. They requested documents numerous times and yes they were the same ones that they requested months prioir. Its a good sign that they haven't made a decision yet.

Thank you to you and Jessegirl. I figure that they will soon find out that they are wasting their time.

I have responded to every little request that they have had.

I completed my schedule C and since we keep EVERY receipt for everything I am able to proove that I am even better off than before I amended. they might have gotten something before, now they will see that they will get nothing.

Of course they can fight me on stuff but my attorney feels that whatever they try can be refuted.

I am just going to inundate them with paperwork, receipts, statements, copies of checks, 1099's etc until they see that I have done everything by the book and that they should be going after bigger fish.
