still getting statements

just a quick qusetion....we had our 341 last month, and today my wife got a credit card statement with payment due. when i called they said her accts were pending bk but mine were completed bk...what does that mean?

my lawyer said nothing to worry about, but what do u guys think? i just remember when we first filed, it went to the bank just in my name and i told them we filed, my lawyer said that did happen and he resubmitted it in both our names.

I wouldn't worry about it, I'd just call them inform them of the case #, district filed, lawyers name and chapter filed. They are clearly in violation of the stay. I'd save that bill in case they forget again in the future.
