audit paperwork question...
What happens if our income is coming out different than on the petition?? I am so scared. It is actually higher on the petition than it really was( after all this research) We double counted a BIg commission check... what is going to happen will they throw us out and make us start over?

Are you talking about your income on the means test, Schedule I or both? This is an error in your favor! Don't be afraid - just get to the real numbers and get them to the UST.
I think it's the norm, not the exception, to find errors in the initial petition since most of us thought our job at the time we filed was to give the attorney the numbers and rely on them to complete the petition correctly. You're not going to be dismissed because of a calculation error, but your attorney will need to amend the parts of the petition that contained errors. Keep plugging away and you'll get through it!
