I bought a home that is essentially a wrap around deed of trust. I make the payments to the owner and he pays the bank.
Will the courts look at me as the owner and allow the full payment in my BK Calculations? My zip indicates that my rental allowance is about 1500 per mo. My payment is closer to 2800 per month...will they allow the whole amount like they do for conventional financing owners??
