We finally were filed on Friday. At what point do they want your bank statements? Nobody asked for them as of yet. The lawyer only wanted tax returns for the last 2 years, title to the vehicals and assesment of the house. Thanks again for all your help.

Each district is different. If you attorney did not ask for bank statements prior to your filing, maybe you will not have to provide them. Some of the districts appear to be very lax in their requirements.Filed CH 7 9/30/2008

To see your deposits (to cross check income) and to see your expenditures. Also, they will check to see the balance in your accounts to see how much cash you had on the day of filing and compare it to what you have disclosed in your petition (cash assets).Filed CH 7 9/30/2008
