After 111 days and a very polite call to the Bankruptcy court - Discharged!

Now just to wait for the closing so I can get back on track with my payments to the IRS...

Just gotta say, I don't think it would have been half as manageable if not for the wealth of information on this board. Everything I learned here helped me to work smarter and more efficiently with my attorney. Thanks all.

Los Angeles is really, really, really backed up. I didn't sweat it too much because after 60 days no one can pitch a fit, but I'd really like to get this closed sooner rather than later so we don't get in trouble with the IRS. They were very nice when I spoke with them, but I don't want to push my luck ;)
