    160 Days and NO DISCHARGE!

As the title states...it has been one hundred and sixty days and we have no discharge.

Any ideas. Filed in Los Angeles.

I am actually ok with it because I am two payments behind on mortgage. On time now, but I hear just as soon as we are discharged we will need to figure out if we want to modify or not.

Any ideas on what is taking so long...they cant be that far behind right?

Bill do you have a PACER account? Get one. Look at the history. If you call the Bk Court Clerk he/she will guide you to your account case-worker. We too were way late like six months. Called the Court, all they needed was a copy of our marriage certificate. Emailed it to my lawyer, waalaah one hour later discharged. ‘Hub
