I've got a new (to me) car!

I got approved for a nice loan at 9.4% (a little higher than what the CUs are offering, but still decent), and had to have SO cosign with me, but it's good.

I wasn't planning on getting a new car until mine was totaled last week in an accident.

I now have a 2002 Nissan Altima, 72K in miles. Not bad. To top it off they were hard up to get me to buy that they were willing to lower the cost by 2K when I said I was interested in a Chevy Aveo from Enterprise.

I put 2K down from my settlement, so I think I did pretty well.

It is very awesome, considering when I contacted my credit union who said that anyone who had decent credit was getting an 8.5% rate, so I can't complain really.

It also helps SOs credit too, since it's a joint loan. I will hopefully pick up the car today. If not then I'm sure tomorrow. I'm just waiting for a call from the dealership.

As for the sig, 341 is for the creditor's meeting. If you search the Ch.7 and 13 subforums, you'll find info about them.
